Orders placed before 3pm are usually dispatched same day for next day delivery subject to your items being in stock. If for any reason, there is a delay on your goods you will be told by one of our sales team.

Our standard courier service is next day and goods can be delivered any time between 8am – 6pm.
From experience most of our packages are delivered before 12 noon but this can vary from location.

Goods can be collected in person from our warehouse based in Witham, Essex.

Yes, we can send goods internationally. Most of our international customers tend to arrange their own courier service to collect from our warehouse however we are happy to provide you with a quote for delivery if required.

Credit accounts can be set up subject to the relevant checks. Quite often these can be set up same day. Alternatively, you can pay via Proforma invoice or over the phone using a credit/debit card.

We have no minimum order charge on any stocked items, however some items that are sourced specifically for your application, or are not standard stocked sizes, may be subject to MOQ.

We will be pleased to supply free of charge samples, depending on item value, for prototyping and evaluation purposes, and strongly recommend taking advantage of this service when fit, colour or pattern are crucial. Our free of charge samples are sent out via 1st class post as standard but can be put on a next day courier for an additional fee.
