The Ultra Slim Zipbolt QT18.100 has again tested engineering limits and we have been able to reduce the profile thickness to 10mm without compromising torque/tensioning especially relative to the size reduction.

The requests for such a connector came from the countertop industry with the development of HPL and Compact laminate being very slim, approximately 13mm there was a need to have a mechanical fastener to pull and hold these materials together.

The 18.100 also has a difference in the drive tool used, in this model a Torx bit size T25 is needed and this offers extremely positive engagement of the bit into the drive housing, we suggest using a hand ratchet driver or a power tool with a torque setting
